Ordered a speaker/amp system on 20th feb 2017. I even paid 99p for express delivery. Was to be delivered to my daughter who informed me she had a card through her door for a parcel but was unable to go pick it up for several days. It actually was something else. Phoned and spoke to a guy who said he was one of the owners and would check the system. The goods had been "pinged back" and marked undeliverable address. he would check it out to make sure it was undamaged and e-mail me about re-delivery. No e-mail received, couldn't get an answer on the phone so e-mailed them. replied same day saying the goods were not in stock and offered an inferior alternative and partial refund. As this was a completely different excuse I replied and told them so and that therefore i wanted a full refund (£80.98). I then checked the reviews - wish I'd done that first (I usually do...)..... Registering with Paypal next for my refund - I've a feeling this will go on for a bit...
