I would have awarded them zero stars but that was not an option.
I ordered a £65 hard drive in February, and it did not arrive. I e mailed Moby Memory and they said it had been lost in their warehouse, at which point they refunded the money. I (stupidly) reordered the hard drive as it was a present for my dad and a reliable company he uses had recommended Moby Memory. Funnily enough, the hard drive did not arrive again (I'd even paid extra for a fast delivery this time). I e mailed Moby and got a response in broken English saying they were waiting for a shipment of the item from abroad. I demanded a full refund. A day later, I got a refund e mail stating the money was back in my account - it wasn't. Three days later and after two more e mails directly to Mobv threatening them with Trading Standards and after I opened up a refund case on Paypal, they have refunded the money. Avoid the company at all costs.
