Had pretty much the same experience! Ordered an Apple OEM charger but received two worthless MicroSD card adapters (also in a plain white envelope) that you often get free with memory purchase! Emailed them thinking this must be a genuine mistake and had a response that their customer service would contact me in 1-2 days but no response - even to a follow-up email. Also tried to phone but the line appears to have been cut off. Similarly, website not accessible. Finally, made my credit card company aware and they have agreed to refund me and take up the matter. Important to get this message out to help others from falling victim to this dodgy company. Avoid!!!
