I bought a Samsung Tab 4 from them. It has faulty sound at under 30 days old. They sent it back to Samsung for repair against my instructions. I was entitled to a full refund! They are very evasive. They said they couldn't send it back to their suppliers because the original box was missing. So my rights were trashed because of a box. They are charlatans I think. My best advice is to buy items like this locally. hsr
