My teenage son was recently struggling with his attention span and is going through being tested for ADHD. I was talking to a friend and she told me about this product and suggested my son try it ... so I bought it! I have also been all over the place with my concentration and struggling to get things done as I am so easily distracted. ( I probably have undiagnosed ADHD ) So I decided to try it first and see how I felt. I love it! It definitely gives me more focus and clarity. I do find that I don’t need it every day. I take it three - four times a week and it works! My thinking and concentration seem much clearer. I take it in the morning with my vitamins and I am on my second bottle. The taste isn’t awesome it tastes like a slightly tart electrolyte powder. But honestly I don’t care, as it works. I have yet to give it to my son while we figure things out, but in the meantime I am so happy I bought it, as it’s working for me!Update: I have been using this product for 10 months now and have started using it daily. My kids will take it when they feel they need more clarity of thought and concentration on an as needed basis. I find it truly an excellent product and really notice when I don’t take it.
