I placed an order with "guaranteed shipping", and never got my package. There was something wrong, that made the shipping company return my order. Two months gone after starting returning the package, and it still never got to the sender's facility either. They refuse to send another package until they get it and send the same one again, and in that case I still have to pay an additional 40 dollars for shipping. I already paid for guaranteed shipping, which is a lot extra! This is also my second order, that I never got, but I did not pay for guaranteed shipping the first time. I trusted and paid them twice, never got anything, and this is how they choose to treat me. What does "guaranteed shipping" mean anyway? It's their policy, and not mine! What a scam!
