I really did have terrible service from Moda, delayed furniture, damaged furniture and no customer ownership. However Robyn Heathcote was fantastic and she really restored the faith in Moda’s desire to be a reputable company. She researched my complaint before we spoke and told me what had happened, she had bag loads of empathy, she resolved all my issues and owned the situation from start to finish. I would suggest you get her to train your entire business on how it’s done. Thanks Robyn, great work.
