Delivery date was earlier than we had been told. That was great. Delivered by Paul and Pete who did a great job. Well done guys. Lovely furniture. However wrong number of bolts and one joint on the table sides was very poorly made. Customer services team were very good in handling this. However for a £2.5K set this should have been checked before delivery. I now have to wait before I can assemble. Frustrating. Note. The parasol doesn’t come with a base and the website is not clear on this. You can’t use the parasol safely without a base. If I had known I would have ordered one. however the services team were v good and agreed to send one in the post. For a set of this price I should be able to give 5 out of 5 but I can’t.
