Order efficiency: understand the costs but given volume of orders likely to not complete checks or progress them customer service procedures could do with a different exception path. Install: the team who delivered my items were efficient but unprepared, great follow up and the team to complete the install were on site and brilliant in the same week. Would encourage Moda to follow up and learn as the install team on 2nd time round were brilliant and clearly much more customer focused. I'm still missing a part but only cause the team today highlighted it. Having paid for the install would be good to see some consistency. 2nd team should be acknowledged as brilliant customer service (Jason T and Liam M - thank you!!)
