Paul and Mike who delivered the furniture were great - really patient and polite and set it out really well. Unfortunately there were a couple of defects with the seats that I only noticed after they'd left. Customer services were really helpful and organised replacement furniture with no fuss. After a few weeks Alex and Theo delivered the replacement furniture. They were really helpful checking and unpacking everything. The furniture is good quality and very comfortable.
