Collection of a faulty piece for repair. Collection team, Theo & Aaron were very helpful however as it has taken over 10 months to finally get to the situation where the item was picked it is unfortunate that the same can't be said of the rest of the support team. In view of the time taken to sort out so far we are very dubious that Moda will ever return the repaired item to us but hope to be proved wrong
