Rob and George delivered our beautiful furniture today. I received a text in the morning and Rob rang me when they were 30 mins away - they were very polite and friendly which is important when this is an exciting purchase for us. Unfortunately I would have given 5 stars if the scatter cushions I had ordered with the furniture were as described on the website. The cushion is called pattern dark grey unfortunately they are navy. When I called customer service they bluntly stated they could be returned at a cost to myself. As a minor issue one of the solid olive green cushions had a mark and seemed grubby which the girl offered to swap out after emailing evidence again at my cost I assume - disappointing after sale service.
