The whole process of ordering to delivery was really smooth with Moda. I experienced great customer service on the phone when ordering and good clear email communication to confirm and update on the status of the order and delivery. On the day of delivery I was called in the morning by Chris to give me an ETA and when he and his colleague Faisal arrived to deliver and install they were very friendly and polite and communicative. They did a great and quick job of bulidng the furniture and demonstrated it and checked I was happy before they thoroughly tidied up and took away all the rubbish. I’d completely recommend Moda and would also recommend the premium delivery and install service as made the whole thing a seamless pleasure.
