We visited the Caterham store and was served by Bella who was very helpful and professional with our order, she was very knowledgeable with the Ledbury range. We was informed that we would be contacted to arrange the delivery. On Wednesday I received an email informing me of the delivery date which was for the following Monday 26/7/2021, I also received a courtesy phone call the Friday before to inform me I would be the first delivery on the Monday between 8am and 10 am. The morning of the delivery I was telephoned around 7.30am to let me know they were on their way and would be around 30 minutes. Pete and Paul the delivery men were bang on time. They were very friendly and polite and very informative of the garden furniture they explained everything I needed to know, they were extremely helpful in taking the garden furniture around to my back garden at my request. We have received an excellent service from Moda Furnishing from the start through to the delivery.
