I had been everywhere to try and buy some decent Rattan garden furniture. I was repeatedly told that delivery would be several months. On visiting Moda in Manchester we were assisted by Lovisa who was very informative and helpful and gave us time to look around and consider our options. We really liked the quality and the 7 year warranty so we decided on two sets of the Primo 5 giving us seating for 8. Lovisa said it would be 3 to 5 weeks delivery but that the items were in stock. 5 days later the bulk of our furniture arrived still waiting for the two tables but delighted to receive it so soon. Dave H and Ste D did a great job lifting it over the fencing into the back garden and were polite and helpful showing us how the clips worked to clip the chairs together. It was such a quick efficient and easy process I am somewhat overwhelmed. I’m so used to delays and problems with delivery these days so dealing with Moda was a real pleasure
