We were so grateful and impressed with the delivery team Craig O and Dave H.  We live on the side of a hill in the country. Access to the house for the lorry was difficult and the drivers had to carry the heavy chairs and huge table glass up many steps and around corners. Although It was incredibly difficult and physically very demanding they were so helpful and friendly. They assembled the dining set very efficiently and ensured we were happy with everything. There was a dirty patch on one of the seat cushions which they photographed and recorded and reported telling us to contact Moda as well. They cleared away all the packaging and made sure they left the area clean and tidy. They definitely went the extra mile. Thank you so much Craig and Dave.
