We visited the new Cheltenham showroom shortly after it opened. The staff were mainly helpful and knowledgeable. We tried to replicate the layout of furniture that we wanted at home but for some reason they weren’t too keen on this so we couldn’t look at it for long! When you’re spending a lot of money it’s nice to make sure you like what you’re buying! The showroom was quiet at the time too. They seemed very keen on selling sets of furniture and not mix and matching. We did however find a set that matched our needs and placed the order. Sadly we had to wait a long time for it, but that’s not through the fault of the company. It’s been delivered today and I must say I’m very happy with it, even though there has been a further delay with two of the chairs. I had to chase the order to see when it could be delivered. Pete and Paul were the delivery guys and nothing was too much trouble for them. They placed the furniture where I wanted it and even offered to move quite a few plant pots for me so we could correctly place the storage box! Excellent delivery service 👍🏼
