I brought my furniture 6 years ago and when it had a defect, I was initially upset and thought I’d have to buy a new set. But little did I know it came with a 7 year warranty. The customer service team contacted me, arranged for a full replacement of unit. Kept me updated of delivery times and today Louis & Anthony came and set up everything and took the old set away. They were not phased by the poor access or delivery restrictions and were very polite, professional and cleaned everything away. Would highly recommend Moda for their warranty alone. Rare for furniture which is open to the elements and weather. Very happy customer
