Everyone we came in to contact with at Moda was very helpful, friendly and professional, right from our initial meeting with Rhiannon in Cheltenham. She was very knowledgeable about the product and helped us come to a decision. We decided to pay the additional cost to have the furniture unpacked, assembled and checked by the delivery drivers and are we glad we did! Terry S and Dave H couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. They called 30 minutes prior to the visit and turned up exactly as expected. They assembled the furniture and made sure we understood all the safety feature with the fire pit and even spoke to the shop to check on the cover size to ensure we had the correct one. They were a delight to deal with. Thank you to all those involved.
