My appointment window was 7am to 10am. At 7.04 hours, I received a text to say Pete and Paul were due to arrive at 8am. Very clear instructions and a punctual delivery. I knew the delivery came from Manchester (we used to love there so know the very long journey to London) and the men would have been up early to load the van before heading to London. They were incredibly happy, polite and very kind. Turned up as 8am as per text. They parked their van with consideration to other traffic (bin collection that morning). They didn’t moan, complain (we get this a lot!) just helpful and friendly. I think from all the deliveries I’ve ever received they performed in my top 3; M&S, John Lewis, now Moda. Moda should be proud of Pete and Paul who represented your company in a professional manner. I do not know if they work for the company or just freelance drivers so I do hope they receive this feedback. I note the damage option. There is no box to write anything. The loose cushion bags were broken so the two of cushions are very dirty but this is not about the drivers, it’s about the product which I want you make clear.
