Ordered a product in march - delivery time at the time of purchases was a week. Informed shortly after purchase that it would be two months to deliver. Cancelled order and requested refund.
As it stands on 24th July, i still not have received a refund despite being informed on more than one occasion it has been "processed".
Clearly either lying, or incompetent.
