Third time failed to get a new table delivered, not damaged and installed. Third time today tried to get a table delivered and built whilst removing the previous 2 damaged new tables. Driver turned up at 8am and let me know "not his job" to build them, had the cheek to ask me to help him get the table off the van. Then wouldn't take the old table. Moda have already given me a free table cover as compensation but after spending £5000 I just want the table chairs set I ordered and was promised in December. No idea when this will get sorted out now but I've already taken 2 days off and given them 2 further opportunities to remedy. I would swerve Moda these days as when I started ordering from them a few years ago the customer service and products were top class and hence we pay more but these days the standards have really dropped and their communication for customer services is so poor. Don't usually go in for the social media posts but if it helps someone else not to have the same service as myself it'll be worth it
