I spent £110.91 at Modanisa in August, they sent me out one dress which was part of my order, the bag seemed rather small for having ordered 9 items, it was also filled with black scrunched up paper. I have had to do all of the contacting, twice I asked for a manager to call me the same day which I was promised both times and I had to wait 3 days both times. They keep closing my case and saying the package was delivered, but only 1 item was inside, the manager said the items would have all been packed together. I previously ordered 4 items from them and they were sent in a much larger package. They sent me CCTV footage that is 'PROOF' they sent all of my items out, the CCTV shows 2 women packing orders of 3 items max. The man behind them has a large order at his station but does not pack it. I've been promised a same day phone call since 20th November 2020 and it is now 8th January 2021 and still NOTHING. They keep blaming Hermes for not delivering the items or implying they'd taken items out of the package, I told them I received the package and it's not damaged/opened and then they say they'll investigate it and then they close it without telling me, and I find this out when I have to contact them again because I haven't heard from them. I am still owed £92.92 from this company as they sent me 1 dress out of my 9 items. It's been almost 5 months, and I am no further forward. I have sent them all evidence and still waiting for them to resolve it. They don't want to refund me or resend me the items and the manager has tried to call me a liar because the dress I received was part of my order. I don't understand how 8 items go missing!? I 100% would not recommend, the quality of the clothes are not the greatest but they do have beautiful designs and they are priced pretty low. It is hard to buy nice fashionable modest clothing and now even harder when the only half decent company tries to scam you. Also their UK numbers do not work, I requested a call back on their website and someone from Dubai speaking Arabic called me, I only know the bare minimum of Arabic so could not understand. If they ship to different countries they should have customer services in all languages of countries they ship to.
