i ordered 2 maxi dresses from them for £17.20 and they arrived but the quality was disgusting and the sizes weren’t good so i requested a return however they said that my refund would be £9.70. And that the return shipping fund is £9.90 therefore i would have to return them and not receive anything for a refund??? I tried contacting them many times to explain how the order was £17.20 (inc. £6.42 for shipping) however i’m not getting any refund due to return shipment fee EVEN THOUGH when i ordered it stated that the return fee is completely free!!! I would not recommend buying from them at all. Even the customer service english was so bad with so many spelling mistakes got to the point i had to correct her/his english. worst company to ever exist
