Do not order online as they never send agreed size mentioned on the websites. This is cheating & should be reported. Then no one will help you to refund your dress. 20 UK size will be equals to 12 UK size. Also dress looked used as the size tag was removed and it was not even packed properly. Raised complaint many times, coordinated on email too but no refund processed for my case Issue [11897493]/ Order number 79618852
