I cannot share my disappointment enough with the service that Modanisa provides. I will never order from them again and want others to know that. I first ordered goods worth 106 pounds in October and did not receive my order for over a month. After chasing them several times and not getting much help over the phone, I finally spoke to someone who said that they would compensate me for my troubles. I received my refund after all that hassle with no compensation. After thinking that this might have been a streak of bad luck, I decided to place an order again (not a small amount)..i ordered goods worth157pounds on the 18th of December and have still not received my parcel. This is the second time! it is a joke of a service. I have called many times and emailed them. The staff are really rude and unhelpful over the phone. After all the time and effort that I have wasted not getting my delivery a second time!- they have the nerve to now ask me to fill out a form so that i can get a refund! And to top it all off, the form that they sent me was in german! I am appalled at this service and do not understand how people order from Modanisa! I have asked many times to speak to a manager and every time I get a dismissive tone from the staff! As of now, my issue is still not settled and I have not received my refund, my parcel and compensation for all inconvenience caused. I hope that people learn from this and do not order from modanisa again!!!
