I ordered some dresses and they plaved the order, took the money, and then I didn't hear anything from them for more than a week and the tracking showed "items still not received by Aramex".
I called them and then only they informed me that some of the dresses are not available and already made a full refund, without even asking me. I would have chosen to send me the other dresses.
Not only this, the money they sent back to me was not a full refund. They took about 10$ for jo reason. Fpr only thier mistake.
