My wife ordered 32-33 items on July 21st and we paid about $ 500, but we got nothing on September 4th today. I contacted customer service several times - about 10 times - they told me "We will get back to you as soon as possible or the investigation is ongoing" but it has been around 46 days since my order, I could not get any relevant and satisfactory information from them.
