I am a UK size small (size 10) and I ordered Size M from Modanisa as the dress doesn't have a zip or nothing. You have to put it through the head. It says size M on the label but its actually and extra small size as it won't even go through my head! They won't even refund or exchange free of charge. Its their fault not mine! They made it too small and written size M. I don't know what to do now am very disappointed waste of my money!!!! My job is at risk due to covid-19 and its just an extra stress now. I also ordered 2 skirts size 12 these both fitted me but the quality was very poor. I wanted to return but its too complicated so I am just wearing those. But I cant wear the dress as its extra small. Can you please help me
