I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not buy from them! Customer service is a joke. I lost a package in August and have been reaching out to customer service since. Even asking them to atleast give me store credit if they are not going to give me a refund. But all they said was they are “investigating” on why the package is lost and was never delivered. UPS Canada told me they cannot do anything and that its modanisa’s responsibility to find the package and provide me with a refund. Its now october and all i get from them is that they are still “investigating”. Do not buy anything from them! I wish i never did even after reading bad reviews I still gave them a chance because i’m turkish also and wanted to give a turkish company my support. Im greatly disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM MODANISA!
