I was not satisfied with my purchase. I purchased 13 items. One of their campaign terms is that you get free shipping if you purchase under 12 items. For one item, they made me pay an extra $25 of shipping. It’s not right, they should be more transparent with customers. In their home page when you click on the area where it says that there is no shipping fee (terms and conditions apply), it doesn’t take you anywhere where it states only 12 items. There is no terms and conditions are, they call it campaign. I could have easily made it 2 purchases and not had to pay for shipping. As much as I love their products, I will not be purchasing from them again.
