I just want to say the customer service has been phenomenal. My team and I needed some displays & banners for a last minute conference and to prevent items being shipped late, I wanted to find a vendor that had a production facility in the same state as the conference we were attending. I really love the feature on the website where it lists the state your item is shipping out of. That was a big decision factor into deciding to go with Mod displays. Their response was QUICK and they even asked for the in hand delivery date when you place your order. All my orders arrived to the event on time and I could not be more pleased with this company. They wil be my go-to for any future needs.
