Overall, I was very pleased with the service and product received from MOD displays. The entire process went very smooth. Sales rep Kelly Feller was very helpful and polite over the phone. Communications were very thorough through the entire process from estimates, to file reciept, proofing, final approvals and up to billing. I was very surprised and pleased to even receive product assembly instructions to pass along to the client for their display. The only time I felt there was a drop in communication, was after the proof was approved and I did receive a link to pay the bill, but it wasn't clear to me that this had to be done before production would proceed. But again, a lot of great communication the rest of the way through the job. Thank you!!
