Mario did an excellent job explaining the services he could provide. It took a few weeks to iron out the details, but we eventually settled on the scope of the work. His team was punctual and dedicated, arriving on time every day and putting in a solid effort. Surprisingly, he completed the project a few weeks ahead of schedule. I am extremely satisfied with the remodel performed by Modern Renovations.
