The website doesn’t keep stock up to date, so we ordered a rug which we then had an email to say was out of stock despite paying for it up front. They gave us an option to wait for new stock, choose a new one or get a refund which we chose wait for new stock with an estimated delivery date. However that date passed with no news. It’s only when I chased it that I got a response. The first response was that the rug had been delivered already! Which it hadn’t. When I complained I got a new estimated delivery date in a weeks time but then the next day had an email to say it had been despatched. Now the rug has arrived we’re happy with it, although the colour is a bit darker than the pictures. But the ordering process was a shambles and made me wonder if they made it that way to hope you don’t chase it, despite happily taking the money up front. Be aware when ordering from this website.
