Delivery times OK but not world class. But my real complaint was that I was told the Mondrian Ivory was no longer available and my money credited. I was so disappointed but when I checked the site recently I see it is still being advertised as being in stock. I am so cross as I ordered another rug (much less nice) to replace it. So is it available or is it not? Very annoying!!
