I received terrible customer service from this company. I returned a rug and underlay for exchange and was told that the underlay had not been returned. I said it was in the same package and had defiantly been posted and I wanted to buy a different rug and suitable underlay. They would not refun d the underlay just the rug and told me I couldn't have free underlay I purchased another rug. I said it wouldn't be free as I had paid for it then returned it. Wrote complaint emails to their complaints address - no response - next step sending to the directors - DO NOT USE
