The rug was not available as stated when first ordered, but the firm was apologetic and rather than simply cancelling my order, as another firm had done, gave me the option of putting it on reorder, which I did. It arrived a couple of weeks behind original schedule but in good order and is a lovely rug with which I’m very happy.
