I ordered over the phone as I wanted to see if they would price match and they were more than happy to once I had sent a link showing where I could get the rug cheaper. They also applied an extra discount which was a nice gesture. I did ask, as I was ordering numerous days ahead, if I could have the rug delivered on the Monday as I would be at home and I was assured I could but, alas, received notification that it was going to be delivered on the Friday so I had to change delivery address and go and collect from elsewhere. There was an error on the address line too but as it was to be delivered elsewhere this didn't create a problem. The rug is meant to be terracotta and beige but in fact it seems to be grey so I did consider returning it but because the rug was a lovely quality and really good value for money I decided to keep it. The ordering process was easy and fast, the staff on the end of emails/phone were very helpful and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again. Very pleased.
