I am a newish customer. The product I purchased previously seems fine, however your delivery system seems non-functional. According to you, you shipped the product on the 7 Feb, today is 22 Feb. The DHL link says "the shipment has been processed in the parcel centre" in Germany. This was on the 8th of Feb. That's the end of the tracking history. Please don't suggest that's a DHL issue, I ordered the product from you. I will continue to wait for the delivery, but I will be reluctant to re-order.
