I have had Molly Maid cleaning for me for 18 months and after I had to complain about some of the staff not being up to scratch I now have 2 regular ladies I am happy with. This did some months to sort out.
The time allocated for my property is not long enough and they have to rush to get everything done, for example 20 minutes for a bathroom with a cubicle shower, fully tiled with 2 sinks is not long enough to get it done properly.
