Our experience actually ranges from poor to normal. Sometimes its OK but sometimes obvious things are missed, and how good the clean is appears to vary depending on who is doing the cleaning. e.g blinds or surfaces wont be dusted even when they are very obviously dusty, we notice obvious cobwebs in certain areas of the house that seem to get missed (to the extent that my other half and I now have bets with each other as to when the cleaners will spot them!), the toilet doesn't seem to be cleaned very well etc. We don't expect it to be perfect and it would be fine if certain jobs were rotated rather than being addressed every week - there is only so much you can do in the allotted cleaning time. But given that you have consistently put your prices up year on year, I do think the standard could be better and we are considering trying someone else.
