Normally good cleaning, and pleasant staff. Recently I have had cleaners who were both not native English speakers - one gabbled away very fast in a mangled version, the other did not speak at all, a bit difficult to cope with.
Originally, the cleaners would be more or less the same people each week, I found that more satisfactory than not knowing who is going to turn up.
