The quality of the cleaning by Morag and Caroline was excellent.. They were later than expected but I've no doubt there was good reason for that. What was not so good was the admin. The notice of intended arrival was not received until late morning THE SAME DAY. This is not good enough. I was up and dressed by 7 45 on the basis the ladies could have arrived at any time. Since appointing Molly Maid my wife, Jeanne, is now a resident at a care home and it had been my intention to visit her during the afternoon. I had to change that to the evening which was inconvenient. Perhaps you could ensure that a day's notice is given in future so can organise my day accordingly.
