Thank you for following up. Unfortunately for the second time of use the level of service did not meet my expectation. For example we staged the bins, food bin with banana hanging out, with food bags, and recycling, expecting them to be emptied as they were not changed the first week, but no bins were emptied and we came home to rotting banannas, in my view emptying bins is basic. The chrome on the washing machine was dull, no polish used and generally the kitchen didn't look sparkling. I would like the handles of the doors to the rooms spot checked, a few seconds of attention would make all the difference. The bathroom shelves were dusty, in the arch window. Other than that I was generally pleased, but I do have high levels of expectation for an £83 clean. Thanks again and look forward to a spectacular cleans going forward.
