After the first clean were told we couldn't have the same cleaner so Clifford sent an e-mail telling us that we should contact him if we wanted to proceed with another cleaner. I didn't get in contact. Two weeks later the (original) cleaner turned up to clean, unexpectedly. Two weeks after that I had an e-mail saying that the cleaner would be here at 9am. Not long after this my husband received a call telling us that 9am was too late and they would have to re-arrange for the afternoon. This was a different cleaner. My husband said we wanted the same person as she would know what to do - I was working away from home - and was told that 'she had heard he was rude' and that we should find someone else to clean. We work from home so consistency is important to us. Also my husband has terminal cancer and is in a vulnerable state at this time. He didn't want to have to explain everything to someone new.
