If this is about a cleaner from Molly Maid, It was very bad because I took time off work for an appointment that was booked by Molly Maid for Tuesday morning at 9am but I waited until 9.30am and there was nobody turned up and there was no contact to let me know why.
I got an email a few days later and said they tried to call. I was with my phone all that morning because I was expected a call by them when it was so late but there was no call and why it took them so long to send me an email if they tried to call (as they said) and they couldn't get through.
