Excellent customer service and prompt mailing. I bought the crate insert and it is a high quality item with a generous amount of filling. Out of the box it was more like 5” thick but has compacted with use and fit our orvis cover perfectly. We also bought the water resistant zipper cover to protect the wool insert and am completely happy with them.
