I love the product very much. I decided on the wrong size dog bed based on recommendations via weight class (I measured too, but it just ended up being on the small size). Returns done on my own dime, but very simple. They did not have the pattern I wanted in the bigger size, hoping they do in the future. The pattern I settled for ended up being quite nice. My Ruthie loves the product too.
