My driver Phil was really calming and clear on instruction with a excellent knowledge of Chippenham's roads. The car is a little dated but runs fine. On the whole a great experience. Communication was good however after failing my first test I had to wait two months for a second. Meanwhile I was due to hear from momentum if there was a cancelation but I didn't. 2 month is too long to stay test sharp. This however could be due to volume of people wanting test!
